If you don't like complicated routines, or get frustrated with having to learn 'moves,'
THIS is the class is for you.





Pure Exercise is the only class where your progress is recorded. In week 1 you will receive your own progress card where you can mark your achievements for each exercise, and each week you can monitor your progress. This is an excellent way of measuring your strengths and weaknesses, and it will even show if you have a left/right imbalance - which can then be corrected.

No special equipment is required, just a mat for floor work.

Who is this class suitable for?

Although you are in a group you are master of your own efforts, there is no frustration about keeping up with anyone else; this makes this class accessible to most ages and fitness levels.
